Who is it for?

Business owners, executives and sales professionals who have a passion to build, grow, aspire and succeed. Passion is paramount.

Why commit to Masterful Coaching™?

It will help you achieve what seems impossible. Now.

It is different. The Business Coach of Texas (BCOT) understands Hargrove’s coaching approach—one that carefully matches coach and "coachee." BCOT stands in the place of being totally committed to the coachee's greatness as a leader, and totally believes in them.

How does it work?

Masterful Coaching is typically a one-year program that is tailored to an executive's needs. In essence, we design the program to assist you in "sourcing" a powerful future for your organization, based on a game-changing strategy, goals and plans.

What type of commitment is required?

It requires formulating a coaching mindset, individually and corporately. Ultimately, it requires--and begins to build--a coaching culture. Masterful Coaching is usually a one-year program that includes telecoaching sessions and monthly meetings

Who delivers this program, and how?

Eric H. Gore, president and CEO of The Business Coach of Texas presents and performs with you as business coach. Gore has more than 20 years of experience as a corporate executive and top-level sales performer. He blends his corporate know-how with practicality and power, and the Masterful Coaching approach.

How do I know this will really work?

You don’t. Success with Masterful Coaching relies on commitment, perseverance and passion, from coachee and coach. Achieving an impossible future is a team effort. What we do know? The program has helped hundreds surpass their expectations—in sales, relationships, business performance and overall success. Together, it does work.

Consider this:

  • 95 percent of Masterful Coaching clients report a quantum leap in their leadership effectiveness validated by regular and rigorous 360 feedback.
  • 85 percent  of Masterful Coaching clients report a 20-percent to 60-percent increase in bottom-line business results within 12 to 18 months.
  • 80 percent of Masterful Coaching clients report much higher levels of collaboration and teamwork, as well as a dramatic shift in corporate culture.
  • And . . . 65 percent of Masterful Coaching clients receive one or more executive level promotions over a 12 to 18 month contract.

How does this compare to other executive coaching programs and approaches?

Coaching is exploding as a service offering. In fact, the International Coaching Federation reports that there are more than 4,000 ICF-credentialed coaches worldwide. Masterful Coaching is a program intently--and intentionally designed to help executives win the war for the best talent, maximize performance on demand in the face of change, complexity and competition; and to ignite personal and team learning while building organizational capability.
